POL- APP: Official Mobile App of Kerala Police

Kerala Police official mobile application titled POL- APP was launched on 10th June by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. Through this app, the public can easily access for 27 different services.

Pol-App will bring most of all services under one roof. Later in the second phase, more services will be added to it. This is a digital initiative to facilitate easier access to citizens to the services provided by the police department. This application also helps you to locate the nearest police station.

How to Download and Install Pol-App

Follow the below steps to Download and Install Official App of Kerala Police.

1. Download Pol-App from Google Play Store and Install. You can search “Kerala Police Pol App” Or click on this link.

2. Open your app and register with your valid mobile number. Once entered please click on the ‘Submit’ button.

3. Enter 6 digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

4. Your Registration is completed. Now you can access the digital services provided by the Kerala Police.

Emergency Services:

1. SOS: Please make use of this service only in an emergency situation.

Before using SOS Please note:

• Kindly note that the SOS service should be used only in emergencies.
• It is prohibited to use SOS service for testing
• When the SOS service is used, you will receive a call from Kerala Police to evaluate your case.
• Legal action might be taken if SOS service is misused
• In this service, SOS will take the video for your safety
