Chinese Apps: List of Chinese Mobile Apps Red-flagged by Indian Intel Agencies

Indian intelligence agencies urged the central government to block or advise people to stop the use of China-linked mobile applications. The list of Chinese apps includes India’s top-downloaded apps like TikTok, Xender, WeChat, SHAREit.

According to a report by the Hindustan Times, Intel agencies red-flag use of 52 mobile apps with links to China.

Already there is a campaign trending on the Internet to Boycott Chinese products or stop using Chinese products after fatal border clashes. Security concerns clubbed with these issues lead to a red-flag on popular Chinese apps.
